The Olde Port Cove Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of OPC homeowners. The Club House may not be rented by non-property owners.
The Clubhouse is open and free to use by anyone, unless there is a paid rental which grants exclusive use. See the below links for the various fee rates, rules for use and forms. Schedule is Password protected and has the calendar!

The ICRL (Informed Consent and Release of Liability) must be signed to use the Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Court or Storage Lot
To receive or update your Clubhouse Security Code, download and fill out the Clubhouse Security Code Release Agreement Form and email form to Paula Campbell pcampbell29@cox.net
